Since December 2008 a father and son have had no contact with each other.

There has been numerous attempts to have visitation with the child or at the very least some form of communication but the mother’s refusal to comply is making it nearly impossible.

This father has been consistently providing financial support as well as full health coverage for this child, and all he asks for in return is a relationship.

This father has all of the best interests for this child’s care’s and needs, and is entitled to see his son.

I started this foundation for a multitude of reasons, but I want to start out by saying above all the children of these circumstances are the ones who suffer. They are the unheard voices that cry, the parents also suffer with sense of hopelessness. After trying different avenues I am now reaching out to the public. I hope that I can help others through the same struggle of trying to make a difference in my sons life. Maybe we can be that unheard voice for our children.
